This introductory computer class meets six times. The class meets on weekday and on Saturdays for six consecutive weeks.The class is generally taught on PCs running Windows Vista or later. This class is intended for beginners: students who have little or no prior computer knowledge.
This class will give students a better understanding of how computers work, what they can do, what the Internet is. In addition, students will learn basic word processing skills, which should allow them to use Plugged In's drop in center to write a letter or other basic document.
